Once you receive your diffuser, remove the wooden lid. There will be a plastic plug that you need to carefully remove. IT IS NO LONGER SPILL PROOF WITHOUT THE PLUG! Replace the wooden lid and tie to your rearview mirror at your desired length. Pull the bead down to about half an inch above the wooden top. Turn your diffuser upside down until you see the liquid soaking up in the wooden cap. NOT TOO LONG, IT WILL LEAK! The oil will travel up the string to wherever you place the bead and fill your car with deliciousness! If you notice the smell going away, just turn over and soak again. ENJOY!
